Sticky Toffee Pudding

Sticky Toffee Pudding, Warm sponge pudding with a fruitier caramel flavour from apricot jam with a sweet cinnamon soak. 

Best served warm. Remove plastic lid, cover with foil, place in oven at 350F for 10 to 15 min. Best served with ice cream or vanilla custard.
